Sticks are supplied with drums when purchased. However we do sell them separately.

EKWE BEATER - Straight stick wrapped with a locally made rubber.

GONG/BELL BEATER - We have four sizes of rubber wrapped straight sticks used in some areas of Nigeria for playing iron bells, especially the larger sizes.

IGBA STICK - Curved stick completely wrapped using a rubber strip with a foam tip.

STRAIGHT STICKS - Basic straight stick. Please specify approximately what size you want.

XYLOPHONE BEATER - These are made from recycled tires on a hardwood stick.

BREKETE STICKS - A longer curved stick with a small heavy tip.

DAGOMBA STICKS - Nicely crafted curved sticks made for the Dagomba talking drum.

HAUSA STICKS - Designed for the Hausa talking drum, this stick has a broader more rounded tip than the Dagomba type.

Curved Sticks from Nigeria

YORUBA STICKS - All four sizes have cloth wrapped handles.  The small and large sizes have leather covered tips and are specifically designed for the Yoruba talking drum.  The two heavy duty sizes can be used for a variety of drums.
