Description
The Djeli Ngoni is a traditional Mande lute that is played by the jells. The instrument has a hollow body that is covered with goat skin. It’s fingerboard is fretless and holds four to seven fishline like strings.
This Ngoni was made in Burkina Faso, and the strings on it are lightweight and produce an airy tone.
