Motherland Quality Congas Everybody loves the sound of Conga
If you are looking for a special conga drum then you’ve come to the right place. Motherland’s Cuban style tumbadoras are hand-carved from a single hardwood tree trunk in West Africa and assembled with quality materials at our workshop in Inglewood, CA. We build our drums with both rope and metal tuning systems. Our drums are one piece construction (not with staves and glue) and reflect the natural resonance and character of the tree.
